Clients reviews about ND Travels

When I was traveling to India from abroad and searched online for a Mumbai Airport to Surat one way cab, I came across ND Travels and booked based on their great reviews. Their service turned out to be top-notch! I booked with them 3 times, and every single time the cars were spotless and strictly on time. What amazed me most was their hospitality—on multiple occasions, even though I booked a sedan cab, they gave me a complimentary upgrade to an Ertiga! Reasonable pricing, completely transparent, and 100% trustworthy service. Whether you need a sedan, Ertiga, or Innova Crysta for Surat to Mumbai cab service or airport transfers, ND Travels is genuinely the best in town. Whenever I visit India next, they are my go-to choice. Highly recommended! — Vimal ~ vimal h

We had booked a winger on rent from ND Travels for July, but due to the Red Alert and heavy rainfall situation, we had to cancel our trip at the last moment. Even though the booking was already confirmed and advance payment was made, ND Travels was very cooperative and understanding. The best part was that they did not deduct any cancellation charges and refunded the full advance amount promptly. In today's time, such transparent and customer-friendly service is rare. Their professionalism, honesty, and support during an emergency situation were truly appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone looking for Tempo Traveller on Rent in Surat, Bus Rental Service, Vehicle Rental, One Way Taxi, and Group Tour Travel Services. Thank you, ND Travels, for your excellent customer support. ~ Rani K

Had a fantastic experience hiring a tempo traveller on rent in Surat from ND Travels for our 2-day trip to Saputara. The booking process was smooth, and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. A special mention to our driver, who was highly experienced and drove very safely, especially on the hilly roads to Saputara. His professional driving made the journey enjoyable and stress-free. The only minor issue was that the AC cooling was average. However, when we informed the ND Travels team, they responded promptly and assured us that it would be checked and fixed before the next booking. Their customer service and willingness to address feedback were truly appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend ND Travels to anyone looking for a reliable tempo traveller rental in Surat for group trips. ~ Mahesh J

જય માતાજી ~ Salim A

We planned our family trip during Janmashtami time on 26 Aug 2024. We talked with ND travels and booked our required 26-seater AC traveler. On called, they also gave us guidance and alternative plan relevant to our plan. The quality of traveller was good and Mr. Nimishbhai himself came as a driver, which was a true boom. The driving was very safe and the trip experience was awesome. We planned many points to visit but due to time constraints we could not visit all. During holidays all places near Surat are crowded and there is traffic on roads which may delay your trip and plan. We visited Saputara only. Our trip at Saputra was very good. As there was rain and wind with speed at table top point, we all had pleasant time having hot drinks and maggie. All our photos are in raincoat which makes our this trip more special and memorable for life time. We started at around 4:30 am from Surat and returned back at home around 10 pm to enjoy Janmashtami at our society. Overall, the entire trip was amazing and the services provided my ND travels Mr. Nimishbhai was awesome. We would recommend ND travels for family trips for sure.👌👍 ~ Bhavinkumar P
